Overview

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager (Watches) to lead and strengthen brand presence within the luxury / retail market. The role involves managing brand positioning, executing marketing strategies, and driving brand growth across online and offline channels in the GCC / Middle East market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage overall brand positioning, identity, and brand guidelines across all platforms
  • Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns (online & offline)
  • Lead product launches, brand activations, and retail campaigns
  • Ensure consistency in communication, packaging, advertising, and visual identity
  • Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Coordinate with sales, design, digital teams, and external agencies
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports and insights
  • Manage brand budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing activities
  • Drive brand awareness and customer engagement within the luxury watch segment
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor1s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role
  • Experience in retail, luxury, or FMCG sectors (watches/jewelry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of the GCC / Middle East market
  • Solid understanding of branding, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Skills
  • Strong brand management and brand strategy skills
  • Experience in luxury, retail, watches, or FMCG branding
  • Excellent understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics
  • Ability to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline)
  • Strong knowledge of GCC / Middle East markets and cultural nuances
  • Experience in product launches, brand activations, and retail marketing
  • Proficiency in coordinating with sales, design, digital teams, and external agencies
  • Strong analytical skills to track brand performance and campaign ROI
  • Budget management and cost-effective marketing planning
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
