Role OverviewYou will manage global campaigns, sports partners, creative agencies, and influencers while overseeing content strategy and execution across all digital platforms. You will also be responsible for developing innovative activations, driving measurable engagement, and ensuring that Qatar Airways continues to lead the way in sports and aviation marketing.
Specific Responsibilities Include- Handle Qatar Airways’ sports and aviation social media presence, ensuring global consistency.
- Develop, execute, and optimize cutting‑edge campaigns across multiple platforms and sports portfolios to enhance social media presence.
- Handle Qatar Airways reputation management on social media platforms.
- Manage sports sponsorship partners, stakeholders, and agencies, serving as the main point of contact.
- Manage social media agency and production teams.
- Plan, manage, and report on on‑ground activations and digital campaigns, ensuring seamless integration across touchpoints.
- Create compelling content strategies designed to elevate fan engagement and drive brand growth.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create content and social media activations.
- Oversee influencer partnerships and activations to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor competitor activities, track KPIs, and generate performance reports to optimize future.
- Bachelor’s degree in media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work in stressful situations, juggle multiple activities and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong, hands‑on project manager equipped with problem‑solving and creative skills to deliver end‑to‑end projects with all strategic pillars considered.
- A strategic digital storyteller with strong presentation and communication skills, able to craft compelling narratives across platforms.
- Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders including sports partners, creative agencies, internal teams, and third‑party suppliers.
- Expertise in social media content creation, platform management, and campaign analytics.
- Demonstrated experience in on‑ground activations, influencer management, and creative production.
- Excellent problem‑solving and detail orientation, with the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of social media trends, sponsorship activations, and digital best practices.
- Social media agency or sports marketing experience.
- Experience managing sports events and activations.
