- Develop and execute HIA's brand and marketing strategy to strengthen visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty.
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and governance across digital, print, and broadcast channels.
- Manage long-term media planning across paid, owned, and earned channels, optimizing campaign reach and cost efficiency.
- Direct creative strategy and oversee brand communications to ensure quality, consistency, and impact.
- Set KPIs and ROI targets for marketing activities and analyze performance data to guide future initiatives.
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns, ensuring global-local message alignment.
- Build and manage relationships with internal teams, group subsidiaries, and external agencies to maintain unified brand standards.
- Drive audience engagement through content innovation, storytelling, and insight-driven marketing.
- Manage brand compliance and governance frameworks, ensuring all visual and editorial outputs meet corporate standards.
- Lead the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and transparent performance tracking.
- Mentor, guide, and develop creative and marketing teams for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in brand, marketing, or communications leadership.
- Proven track record in developing global brand strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience in managing multi-channel marketing across digital and traditional platforms.
- Excellent analytical, creative, and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, KPIs, and ROI measurement.
- Ability to lead diverse teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Expertise in marketing strategy and creative direction.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools.
