- Develop and manage a comprehensive roadmap for data activation and advertising technology aligned with commercial objectives
- Serve as technical platform lead for key advertising platforms including Google and Meta, maximizing advanced capabilities and performance
- Drive adoption of marketing and advertising tools leveraging automation, artificial intelligence, and dynamic ad delivery
- Evaluate emerging market trends and technologies to maintain best‑in‑class data‑driven marketing practices
- Define commercial benefits and risks associated with first‑party data usage to support delivery of new initiatives
- Apply advanced segmentation and analytics to maximize the effectiveness of first‑party data for targeted advertising
- Establish compliant frameworks and processes for consistent data usage and sharing for advertising and reporting
- Design and implement personalization and orchestration frameworks using real‑time campaign and offer data
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across campaign creation, workflows, processes, and creatives
- Implement robust tracking, measurement, and data governance frameworks ensuring data quality and accessibility
- Oversee dynamic feed management systems to enable real‑time updates and improved campaign performance
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with digital, product, and IT teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Lead procurement and evaluation of new marketing technologies and tools through structured assessments
- Maintain continuous testing and learning methodologies to optimize marketing outcomes
- Perform additional duties as assigned by department leadership
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing within large corporate environments
- Strong technical expertise in marketing and advertising technology ecosystems
- Hands‑on experience with Google Marketing Platform and major analytics tools
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced analytical capability to interpret complex datasets and derive insights
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
