This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Doha, Qatar. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish engaging content for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign objectives. Responsibilities include managing daily posting schedules, monitoring channels, responding to community interactions, and maintaining a consistent online presence for clients and in-house brands. The role involves developing and executing social media strategies, optimizing content for performance, and coordinating with influencers, creators, and internal teams on campaigns.
The Social Media Manager will track key performance metrics, prepare reports, and use insights to refine strategies and drive continued growth and engagement.
- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing multi-platform campaigns.
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing to plan, structure, and produce compelling social content.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with influencers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with social media analytics tools, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, creator ecosystems, and current digital trends in the MENA region is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
