Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a company social media strategy.
• Responsible for tracking whether or not social marketing efforts have been successful through goal setting with markers for identifying success through various online analytical tools.
• Encourage greater social media participation.
• Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand’s social media strategy.
• To make sure that everything a brand shares aligns with the latest trend about beauty and being responsible to manage the operations of a social media campaign, working within the brand’s guidelines.
• Proficient in Digital Marketing
• Uses research findings and analysis to provide direction to marketing managers regarding upcoming marketing projects, new products or services, and overall strategy
• Identifies areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities
• Develop all marketing campaigns and plans before they are implemented
• Weighs in on important decisions involving product advertising, packaging, media channels, and branding
• Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
• Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution

• Proven experience in similar role
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator), Photography & Videography, Video Editing and Meta Business Suite & Meta Ads.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
• Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• A team player with a customer-oriented approach
• Can speak Arabic
• Locally available
