Lead Brand Designer at Snoonu
As a Lead Brand Designer at Snoonu, you will own and shape the brand across multiple verticals, ensuring every creation feels cohesive, scalable, and distinctly ours. This role sits between strategy and execution, defining brand evolution as we expand into new markets, products, and experiences while maintaining high quality and consistency.
Responsibilities- Own and drive brand direction across all verticals, ensuring a unified and scalable visual system.
- Lead the expansion of the brand into new products, markets, and sub-brands.
- Own, evolve, and actively manage brand guidelines, ensuring clarity, adoption, and consistent application.
- Guard brand consistency across all touchpoints—product, marketing, offline, and partnerships.
- Lead key campaigns and brand initiatives from concept to rollout.
- Align and guide designers across projects, maintaining high standards and visual coherence.
- Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and product to translate strategy into design.
- Improve design systems, workflows, and processes for a growing organization.
- 7+ years of experience in brand design, with a strong focus on identity systems.
- Experience working in fast‑growing startups or dynamic environments.
- Experience in in‑house design teams.
- Experience launching or scaling brands, products, or sub‑brands.
- Proven ability to lead brand direction across multiple products or verticals.
- Strong portfolio showing strategic thinking and high‑quality execution.
- Deep understanding of building, maintaining, and scaling brand guidelines.
- Strong eye for consistency, detail, and system thinking.
- Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders and guide teams.
- High level of ownership and ability to manage complex, cross‑functional work.
- Experience scaling brands across markets or in high‑growth environments.
- Background in e‑commerce, consumer products, or platform businesses.
- Experience working with motion, 3D, or multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of print and physical brand execution.
- Global collaboration with a worldwide crew.
- Learning budgets, access to courses, and tools for growth.
- Autonomy where you own your tasks and path.
