Role Overview
Dallah Holding Media is seeking experienced and dynamic Social Account Managers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in marketing and communications, with proven expertise in managing social media accounts, delivering impactful campaigns, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
This role requires strategic thinkers who can combine creativity with data-driven insights to elevate client brands across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee multiple social media accounts across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, Linked In, Tik Tok).
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives and brand identity.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content calendars, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.
- Lead and manage social media campaigns from concept to execution and optimization.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and produce detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationship management and high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with creative, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality content and campaigns.
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously optimize performance.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and platform-specific requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising
, or a related field. - Proven experience in social media management, preferably within an agency or marketing-focused environment.
- Strong background in marketing and communications is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Social media account management
- Campaign planning and execution
- Content planning and strategy
- Reporting and analytics
- Client servicing and relationship management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools is preferred.
- Candidates with a marketing-oriented background will be strongly preferred.
- Profiles primarily focused on coordination or administrative tasks will not be prioritized.
- Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Highly organized, proactive, and client-focused.
