Job SummaryResponsible for developing and executing creative digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales across all Food & Beverage outlets.
Key Responsibilities- Creative Strategy & Brand Management
- Develop and implement creative digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
- Create innovative campaigns to promote restaurant offerings, special events, seasonal promotions, and new product launches.
- Ensure all creative content reflects the brand identity and target audience.
- Content Creation & Digital Marketing Plan
- Create and manage engaging content for social media, websites, email marketing, and digital advertisements.
- Oversee photography, videography, graphic design and content production for F&B outlets.
- Coordinate content calendars and campaign schedules.
- Monitor digital trends and recommend new creative approaches to improve engagement.
- Social Media Management
- Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Eurostaffs, and other relevant channels.
- Develop social media campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and customer loyalty.
- Monitor customer interactions and ensure timely responses to comments and messages.
- Website & Online Presence
- Manage website content, updates, and promotional landing pages.
- Optimize digital content for SEO and user experience.
- Coordinate with web developers and external agencies when necessary.
- Campaign Performance & Analytics
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness, engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Use data insights to improve future marketing initiatives.
- Team & Vendor Management
- Lead and mentor designers, content creators, photographers, and social media specialists.
- Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and media partners.
- Manage creative budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, creative management, or brand marketing, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content strategy, SEO, and digital advertising.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and content management systems.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Strong creative vision with attention to detail.
- Growth in social media engagement and followers.
- Increase in online sales, reservations, or customer inquiries.
- Campaign ROI and conversion rates.
