Position: Social Media Specialist at Prego Italian Restaurant

Job Summary

  • Community management:
    Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with followers.
  • Campaign management:
    Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising to boost reach and engagement.
  • Analytics and reporting:
    Track and analyze key performance metrics, generate reports on campaign performance, and use data to optimize future strategies.
  • Collaboration:

    Work with other departments, such as marketing and design, to ensure brand consistency across all communications.
  • Manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Trend monitoring:
    Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
Required

Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing and a history of using social media to build brand awareness.
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and skills in content creation, copywriting, and editing.
  • Knowledge of SEO is also beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Creativity, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is often required.
