Overview
We are seeking a high‑energy, digital native visual storyteller to serve as the visual translator for our complex AI B2B energy product offerings. This is not a traditional graphic design role limited to static PDFs; we need a strategic visual storyteller at the intersection of design, video production, and digital innovation for SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with product teams to digest complex energy concepts and distill them into compelling visual narratives.
- Transform technical white papers and product specs into snackable social content, explainer videos, infographics and dynamic presentations.
- Produce end‑to‑end digital assets – video, animation, photography, graphics – and act as the visual voice of the brand on social media.
- Plan and execute audiovisual content: storyboarding, scripting, shooting (product demos, interviews), editing, motion graphics, and post‑production.
- Create dynamic animations that explain process flows or technical energy solutions.
- Develop visual strategies tailored for B2B platforms (Linked In, Twitter, industry channels). Serve as a hybrid community manager by monitoring channels, sparking conversations, and engaging with audiences in a credible, on‑brand voice.
- Stay current with digital trends, tools, and platforms; implement new AV techniques, including responsible AI creative tools, to keep the brand modern and innovative.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams, providing visual explanations that clarify the company’s offerings.
Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Integrated Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Certifications in Video Production, Social Media Marketing, or Motion Graphics are a plus. A proven portfolio of integrated campaigns across video, digital and social media is heavily weighted over formal education.
Experience3–6 years of experience in a hybrid design/video/digital content role.
Robust portfolio required, showcasing explainer videos, motion graphics, social media carousels, photography, and integrated digital campaigns.
Demonstrated experience managing corporate social media accounts and driving community engagement through visuals.
Practical knowledge and active use of AI‑powered creative tools.
Experience in startups, tech companies or innovation‑driven environments.
Technical Skills- Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition (or equivalent high‑end AV software).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Experience with UI/UX tools like Figma (strong plus).
- Skill in DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment.
- Familiarity with latest content creation tools (Canva, Cap Cut, Generative AI visual tools such as Midjourney or Firefly).
- Deep understanding of Linked In and Twitter algorithms, best practices for video specs, and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Exceptional ability to extract the core visual and copy hook from technical explanations.
- Strong storytelling skills with a capacity to simplify concepts.
- Solid understanding of pacing, music selection, and visual hierarchy in video.
- Business acumen for B2B energy sales and professional tone required.
- Agility to produce high‑quality creative quickly in response to real‑time trends or business needs.
- Community mindset: strong written communication skills to engage followers professionally as a brand ambassador.
- High level of autonomy, efficiency, and execution capability; comfortable with fast‑paced, evolving environments.
- Knowledge of branding and product marketing KPIs: content engagement rate, video performance metrics, message clarity score, community growth, content velocity.
