SANAD Insurance Brokers is looking for a creative and organized Content & Growth Coordinator to support our digital content, customer education, and lead‑generation initiatives. This is a hands‑on marketing role for someone who enjoys creating engaging Arabic and English content, coordinating digital campaigns, collaborating with creative teams, leveraging AI tools, and transforming insurance knowledge into valuable content that drives business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Create Arabic and English content for Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, Tik Tok, and other digital channels.
- Write captions, short video scripts, carousel copy, campaign ideas, and customer education content.
- Turn internal ideas, customer questions, voice notes, and insurance topics into simple, useful content.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, freelancers, agencies, and external marketing partners.
- Support content for campaigns, paid ads, Whats App follow‑ups, landing pages, and email when needed.
- Use AI tools to support ideation, drafting, editing, translation, repurposing, and content planning.
- Track basic content and campaign performance, including reach, clicks, inquiries, leads, and quote requests.
- Keep content files, scripts, briefs, calendars, campaign notes, and reports organized.
- Prepare weekly updates on what was published, what performed well, and what should be tested next.
- 2–5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, social media marketing, or a related role.
- Strong Arabic and English writing skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, Reels, and digital content.
- Ability to make technical or complex topics simple and engaging.
- Good taste in content, visuals, tone, and brand presentation.
- Strong organization, reliability, and follow‑through.
- Comfortable using tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, Cap Cut, Google Sheets, Notion, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics such as clicks, leads, inquiries, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Ability to work quickly, learn fast, and improve based on feedback.
- Experience in insurance, fintech, automotive, real estate, startups, marketplaces, or local services.
- Experience creating short‑form videos, founder‑led content, or educational content.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Canva or Figma experience.
- Experience coordinating freelancers, designers, editors, or agencies.
- Familiarity with Qatar, GCC, or expat audiences.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Tik Tok Ads, or paid social creative.
