Role Overview
As the Social Media & Content Executive, you will support the execution of KARTY's social media strategy by assisting with content planning, creator outreach, community engagement, and content production. You'll work closely with the Marketing, Product, Design, and Customer Support teams to ensure our social channels remain engaging, relevant, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Planning & Coordination- Support the planning and maintenance of the social media content calendar.
- Coordinate content schedules across marketing campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure content is up to date.
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media platforms.
Creating engaging content across relevant KARTY handles.
Responsibilities include:
- Writing compelling captions and social copy.
- Creating educational financial content in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.
- Supporting product launch campaigns and feature announcements.
- Developing short‑form content including Reels, Stories, Shorts, and carousels.
- Repurposing existing content into multiple social formats.
- Identifying and leveraging social media trends.
- Identify and research relevant freelancers, content creators, and influencers.
- Reach out and coordinate collaborations for campaigns and content creation.
- Build and maintain relationships with creators who align with the KARTY brand.
- Assist in managing campaign deliverables and timelines.
- Monitor comments, messages, and conversations across social media platforms.
- Respond to customer queries and engage with the community in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate customer feedback and insights to relevant internal teams.
- Help foster an engaging, responsive, and positive online community around KARTY.
Monitor the performance of KARTY's social media channels by tracking key engagement and content metrics. Regularly analyze campaign performance, audience behaviour, and content effectiveness to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Prepare periodic reports with actionable insights and recommendations to help optimize future content, improve engagement, and support overall marketing objectives.
Requirements Must Have- 2–4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
- Experience managing or supporting multiple social media platforms.
- Hands‑on experience using AI tools for content creation.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced startup environment.
- Experience creating short‑form video content (Reels, Tik Tok, Shorts).
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in communicating with creators, influencers, and external partners.
