Marketing Intern; User Operations

Keeta, an independent brand of Meituan, is redefining food delivery across Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, and the Middle East. As we continue to scale rapidly, building a strong campaign operations engine is critical to driving user growth and delivering a seamless customer experience.

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Qatar Marketing User Operations team
, supporting marketing campaigns, CRM strategy, and channel partnerships in one of the region's most exciting emerging markets.

• Assist in copywriting, translation, and proofreading for marketing campaigns, user outreach materials, and business proposals (Arabic English)
• Support CRM operations including topic ideation, content planning, and performance data analysis
• Contribute to external channel partnership projects through user research, market insight gathering, and day-to-day project coordination

• Professional fluency in both Arabic and English — spoken and written (Arabic is a must)
• Strong learning agility and sense of ownership; able to deliver quality work on time
• Solid understanding of Qatar's local market, culture, and user behavior
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation and data analysis efficiency
• Available to work on-site 3 days per week per requirements
