Plan and execute digital marketing strategy across SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns to grow Rosewood Doha’s brand presence and revenue.

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, email, social and display advertising.
• Create and maintain the social media presence in an innovative and creative manner.
• Measure and report performance of campaigns, evaluating ROI, KPIs and industry trends.
• Identify insights, optimise spend and performance, and build new growth strategies.
• Plan, execute and analyze conversion experiments and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and enhance digital user experience to increase guest satisfaction and/or revenue.
• Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendor partners and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Provide thought leadership on digital strategy and adoption of new tools.
• Establish and manage content distribution strategy, including editorial calendar and brand messaging across all channels.
• Main lead on online retail strategy and online store maintenance.
• Mentor Digital Marketing Executive and support professional development.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain brand integrity, and promote Rosewood values.
