Job OverviewAre you a creative, energetic marketer with a passion for animals and a talent for community building? We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Brand Experience & Marketing Executive to take full charge of our brand’s online and offline presence. In this role, you will be the creative engine driving local foot traffic into our retail shop while scaling our digital footprint.
You will transition seamlessly between high‑level campaign strategy, digital content creation, physical event execution, and in‑store print marketing. - Digital Strategy & Social Media Management
- End‑to‑End Content:
Develop and execute a comprehensive monthly content calendar across Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook designed to increase brand loyalty and drive retail sales. - Content Production:
Confidently capture, script, and edit high‑quality photos and short‑form trend videos (Reels/Tik Toks) featuring our in‑store community, products, and visiting pets. - Community Cultivation:
Manage daily digital engagement by responding to comments, direct messages, and reviews with our distinct brand voice. - Influencer & Partner Cross‑Promotions:
Scout, negotiate, and execute collaborations with local pet influencers, neighborhood businesses, and animal rescue organizations.
- End‑to‑End Content:
- In‑Store Events & Experience Coordination
- Event Concept & Execution:
Design, plan, and host innovative monthly in‑shop activations (e.g., Saturday Puppy Socials, Breed Meetups, Holiday Photo Booths, and Treat Tastings). - Logistics Management:
Own all event logistics, from setting up aesthetic, “Instagrammable” spaces within the shop to coordinating guest vendors, veterinarians, or trainers. - Performance Tracking:
Analyze event attendance, social media reach, and corresponding sales spikes to continually refine future event strategies.

- Graphic Design & Print Media Marketing
- Visual Merchandising Design:
Create all physical in‑store promotional assets including checkout flyers, bag‑stuffers, window posters, price signage, and mini counter top banners using design software. - Print Project Management:
Oversee the physical production process, ensuring all files meet correct print specifications (bleed, resolution, dimensions) and maintain a premium brand aesthetic. - Local Grassroots Marketing:
Devise creative local distribution plans for printed materials, ensuring flyers safely reach high‑traffic pet areas like neighborhood parks, local cafes, and vet clinics.
- Visual Merchandising Design:
- Experience:
2–4 years of experience in Marketing, Social Media Management, Event Production, or Retail Brand Management. - Design & Software Proficiency:
High proficiency in Canva, Adobe Express, or similar graphic design tools. Must have an excellent eye for layout, typography, and photography. - Video Production
Skills:
Expert command over social media algorithms, trends, and mobile editing software (Cap Cut, InShot, etc.). - Leadership & Communication:
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Comfortable hosting crowds, speaking with customers in‑store, and representing the brand professionally. - Print Knowledge:
Understanding of print setups (A4/A5 layouts, paper weights) to ensure physical marketing assets look crisp and professional.
