Job Overview
NAWARS GROUP is seeking a Social Media Content Creator in Doha, Qatar for a full‑time, on‑site position. The role focuses on producing engaging and educational digital content for platforms such as You Tube, Tik Tok, Instagram, and blogs, while coordinating with marketing and design teams to maintain brand consistency.
Responsibilities- Produce written, visual, and video content (texts, images, videos, reels, stories, shorts).
- Manage the entire production process: ideation, filming, editing, and strategy.
- Publish content following the approved calendar and track performance metrics.
- Engage with audience interactions (comments, messages, inquiries) and suggest improvements based on analytics.
- Prepare weekly/monthly content plans and analyze performance using tools like reach, engagement, views, and CTR.
- Ensure compliance with brand visual identity and tone of voice; coordinate with designers and photographers as needed.
- Cover events, promotions, launches, and other activities on‑site or digitally, creating real‑time content such as Live and Stories.
Education
:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred).
Experience
: 1–3 years in content creation or social media management; hospitality or branded environment experience is plus.
Technical Skills
:
Strong creative writing in English (Arabic a strong advantage), basic proficiency in design tools (Canva, Photoshop), understanding of social media algorithms, basic video shooting and editing skills.
Soft Skills
:
High creativity, strong attention to detail, excellent time management, teamwork, effective communication, ability to work under pressure.

Office‑based with fieldwork as required. Flexible working hours depending on campaigns and events, with continuous coordination across marketing, operations, and design teams.
Compensation and BenefitsFull‑time position. Salary range: QAR 3,500 – QAR 4,000 per month.
