Position: Brand Manager - (Automotive Sales)

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for the automotive portfolio to increase market share and brand equity.
  • Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, and events across Qatar, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, dealership networks, after‑sales, and service teams to drive consistent brand messaging.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insight studies to inform brand positioning.
  • Manage the creation and execution of digital and traditional marketing assets (advertising, social media, point‑of‑sale materials).
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking of brand initiatives, delivering regular ROI reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and corporate policies across all communications.
  • Mentor and develop a small cross‑functional team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the automotive market in the GCC, especially Qatar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
    Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Proven analytical ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Desired Experience
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in brand management, automotive marketing, or related roles.
  • Track record of successful launch and growth of automotive brands or models.
  • Experience working with multiple dealership networks and OEM partners.
  • Hands‑on experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM tools, and analytics software.
