Social Media Manager

Overview

We are currently looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar, to manage the day-to-day execution of the social media strategy and coordinate both internal and external teams involved in corresponding project activities.

At least 1 year of experience in social media marketing, either in-house or at an agency, with a portfolio demonstrating measurable results and case studies.

• Coordinate internal and external teams involved in project activities.

• At least 1 year of experience in social media marketing, either in-house or at an agency, with a portfolio demonstrating measurable results and case studies.
• Strong understanding of key social media metrics such as engagement rate (ER), click-through rate (CTR), Reach, and other performance indicators, with the ability to prepare analytical reports.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of the specifics of different social media platforms, including how content formats and user behavior vary across channels, and the distinctions between educational, entertainment, promotional, and other content types.
• Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with external vendors and contractors.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and their practical applications in content creation and marketing workflows.
• Understanding of social media boosting and paid content promotion is a plus.
