Project Manager (Media & Marketing

We're hiring a Project Manager to own delivery end-to-end — keeping editorial, creative, and marketing work streams on schedule, on budget, and to standard, while acting as a steady point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Own the full project lifecycle: scoping, planning, resourcing, timelines, budgets, and delivery
• Coordinate across editorial, design, video, and performance marketing teams
• Serve as the primary client contact run status calls, manage expectations, and handle scope changes
• Build and maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation; run weekly status reporting
• Identify risks and bottlenecks early and resolve them before they hit deadlines
• Manage vendors, freelancers, and production partners
• Support new business with proposals, timelines, and cost estimates
• Drive post-project reviews and improve how the team works

What we're looking for

• 5–8 years of project management experience, with meaningful time in media, advertising, publishing, or a creative agency
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects and competing deadlines
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills — able to say no diplomatically and hold a line on scope
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, , Jira, Click Up, or similar)
• Commercial awareness: budgets, margins, resource utilisation

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the GCC market
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification
• Understanding of digital marketing delivery (paid media, content production, web builds)
