NTU International is assembling a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (36 months) for the EU DG MENA communications programme.
Experts will design and implement integrated multi-channel campaigns, develop messaging, coordinate with digital, press and offline channels, and monitor performance to strengthen EU visibility in the Middle East, North Africa and Gulf region.
