NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Communication outreach and engagement on EU policies in North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf”.
In this context,
NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (36 months).
The overall objective of this assignment is to provide strategic, technical and logistical communication support to DG MENA in the planning, development and implementation of its day-to-day communication activities, with the aim of strengthening the visibility, outreach and impact of the European Union's policies, initiatives and partnerships across the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf region.
Responsibilities- Managing and updating institutional social media accounts across multiple platforms.
- Creating, scheduling and publishing engaging social media content aligned with communication strategies.
- Supporting the implementation of digital communication campaigns and online engagement activities.
- Monitoring social media performance and preparing analytics reports.
- Engaging with online communities and supporting audience outreach initiatives.
- Coordinating with communication teams, graphic designers and audio-visual specialists to produce high-quality digital content.
- Monitoring social media trends and identifying opportunities to improve audience engagement.
Ensuring that all content complies with EU communication, branding and editorial guidelines.
- Degree (or equivalent) in communication/digital media;
- French and/or Arabic an asset.
- 2 years' general experience in digital communication;
- 1 year specific experience managing institutional social media accounts.
