The Trade Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. This role is responsible for planning and executing trade marketing activities to support brand visibility, sales growth, and retailer engagement across key channels. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing trade promotions, coordinating in-store activations and point-of-sale materials, and monitoring campaign performance against defined objectives. The specialist will analyze market and sales data to identify opportunities, optimize trade spend, and provide actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring brand consistency, preparing regular reports, and supporting the development of annual trade marketing plans.
- Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Trade Marketing skills, with experience designing and executing channel-specific programs.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and promotion performance, and to generate data-driven recommendations.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Marketing skills to coordinate with sales teams, retailers, and internal stakeholders, and to support brand initiatives.
- Relevant experience in FMCG or food and beverage trade marketing within the GCC region is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation, with familiarity in CRM or trade marketing tools considered an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate in a multicultural environment.
