Paradox Events & Marketing is looking for a creative, hands‑on Social Media Manager to join our team in Qatar

We are looking for someone who can manage social media from strategy and content planning through to shooting, editing, publishing and reporting
.

Social Media Manager

Location: Qatar

Travel: Saudi Arabia & Dubai – approximately once per month, depending on projects and business requirements

• Develop and manage social media strategies and monthly content calendars.
• Manage day-to-day content across Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms
  .
• Create engaging content for brands, campaigns, events, and activations.
• Handle photography and videography for events, projects, and social media content.
• Film and produce Reels, short‑form videos, Stories, interviews, behind‑the‑scenes content, and event coverage
  .
• Edit photos and videos professionally for social media use.
• Write engaging captions and coordinate content publishing.
• Monitor trends and identify new content opportunities.
• Manage live/on‑ground social media coverage during events and activations.
• Track performance, engagement, reach, and other key social media metrics.
• Prepare monthly social media performance reports.
• Coordinate closely with the creative, marketing, events, and client servicing teams.
• Ensure all published content follows the client's brand guidelines and communication objectives.
• Travel to Saudi Arabia and Dubai approximately once per month for content creation, event coverage, meetings, or project requirements.

• Currently based in Qatar

• Proven professional experience in Social Media Management
  .
• Strong experience in Photography, Videography, and Video Editing
  .
• Strong understanding of Reels, Tik Tok, Stories, and short‑form video content.
• Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Cap Cut
  , or similar software.
• Ability to independently shoot and edit high‑quality content.
• Experience covering events, activations, brands, hospitality, lifestyle, or corporate projects is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and platform algorithms.
• Good communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced events and marketing environment

• Must be flexible with working hours during events and project periods.
• Must be willing and able to travel regularly to Saudi Arabia and Dubai.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
