We’re Hiring | Marketing Specialist – Medical & Aesthetic Industry

A leading medical and aesthetic company in Doha, Qatar is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team. We’re looking for a creative, hands‑on, and organized marketer who can manage digital marketing, content creation, social media, and day‑to‑day marketing activities.

• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content, posts, stories, and reels.
• Create professional marketing designs using Canva.
• Use Chat GPT and AI tools for content ideas, copywriting, and visual concepts.
• Manage and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Coordinate with doctors, KOLs, influencers, sales teams, suppliers, and marketing agencies.
• Support events, workshops, exhibitions, and product launches.
• Prepare and coordinate marketing materials including flyers, brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with printing companies and suppliers.
• Conduct basic market research and monitor marketing performance.

• 2+ years of hands‑on marketing experience.
• Experience in medical, healthcare, aesthetic, dermatology, or cosmetic industries is preferred.
• Experience with aesthetic/dermatology devices or cosmetic products is an advantage.
• Strong Canva and content creation skills.
• Good knowledge of Chat GPT and AI tools.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta and Google Ads.
• Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
• Arabic language skills are preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Qatar.
