CRM Specialist

Keeta, an independent brand of Meituan, is redefining food delivery across Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, and the Middle East. As we continue to scale rapidly in Qatar, we're looking for a CRM Specialist to drive user growth through data-driven in-app campaigns, lifecycle marketing, and promotional strategy.

What You'll Do???? Campaign Planning & Execution Lead end-to-end planning and execution of in-app promotional campaigns, including campaign setup, incentive design, and user targeting. Drive user acquisition, retention, conversion through strategic promotional initiatives.???? Promotion & Subsidy Strategy Own and optimize subsidy allocation across vouchers, delivery fee promotions, item discounts, and merchant-funded campaigns. Partner with Commercial teams to deliver impactful co-funded promotions.????

Performance Analysis & AIMonitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations using data and AI-assisted analytics tools. Track campaign metrics, identify trends, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.???? Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing, Product, Commercial, and Merchant teams to execute campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree with 3–5+ years of experience in CRM, Growth Marketing, Marketing Campaigns, or E-commerce Operations. Hands-on experience executing in-app promotional campaigns that drive user growth and conversion. Strong understanding of the Qatar market and experience working with local merchants is preferred. Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize campaign performance (SQL is a plus). Curious about AI technologies and enthusiastic about applying AI tools to improve marketing efficiency.

Fluent in English and Arabic.
