The Ads Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and advertising networks.

• Planning and managing paid advertising campaigns across major digital platforms.
• Setting up, monitoring, and managing advertising accounts and campaign structures.
• Developing and testing audience targeting and retargeting strategies.
• Managing campaign budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of advertising spend.
• Monitoring campaign performance and ensuring KPIs are achieved.
• Conducting A/B testing for creatives, copy, placements, and audiences to improve results.
• Analyzing campaign data and preparing regular performance reports.
• Providing recommendations to improve conversion rates, return on investment (ROI), and overall campaign efficiency.
• Collaborating closely with content creators, designers, and account managers to align advertising strategies with client objectives and brand messaging.
• Ensuring campaigns comply with platform policies and industry best practices.
• Staying up to date with platform updates, emerging trends, and changes within the digital advertising landscape.

• Arabic language skills are mandatory.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in campaign analytics, optimization, and performance reporting.
• Experience interpreting key performance indicators and making data-driven decisions.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and campaign experimentation.
• Working knowledge of social media marketing and integrating paid campaigns with organic content strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with creative, content, and client-facing teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with influencer marketing or creator-focused campaigns is considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with the GCC and MENA digital landscape is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 Years of Experience.
