Marketing Specialist

About the Role Arkan Marketing Services is looking for a creative, organised, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team in Doha. This is a hands-on role covering content planning, graphic design, social media management, paid advertising, campaign coordination, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate must be comfortable managing several marketing activities simultaneously, switching between priorities, and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

We are looking for someone proactive who can take ownership without requiring constant follow-up.

• Prepare weekly and monthly social media content plans.
• Develop ideas for posts, Reels, Stories, campaigns, promotions, product launches, and seasonal activities.
• Design social media posts, Stories, banners, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
• Write clear and engaging captions, campaign copy, and promotional content.
• Manage social media pages, publishing schedules, and daily content activity.
• Monitor social media trends and introduce fresh, relevant content ideas.
• Set up, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and Google.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on results.
• Test different creatives, audiences, offers, placements, and campaign structures.
• Track and report key performance indicators, including sales, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversions, reach, and engagement.
• Prepare regular marketing reports with clear findings and recommended actions.
• Coordinate with team members on products, campaigns, offers, content requirements, and deadlines.
• Support product launches, promotions, influencer activities, and other marketing initiatives.
• Manage multiple ongoing campaigns, projects, and marketing requests simultaneously.
• Ensure all marketing work follows the approved brand identity, quality standards, and deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven hands‑on experience in marketing, social media, content creation, graphic design, paid advertising, or a similar role.
• Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
• Practical experience using Meta Ads Manager.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Facebook, and current social media trends.
• Good understanding of digital advertising metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
• Ability to plan content, design creatives, manage campaigns, and analyse results.
• Strong organisational, multitasking, and time‑management skills.
• Able to work under pressure, manage changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, independent, and able to take full ownership of assigned tasks.
• Experience in fashion, retail, beauty, luxury, or e‑commerce is an advantage.
• Video‑editing skills using Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software are an advantage.
• Experience with Shopify, influencer marketing, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Tik Tok Pixel, or other tracking tools is an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills;
  Arabic is an advantage.
• Based in Qatar and available to work full-time on-site in Doha.
