Social Media & Communications Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of communication and social media activities.
• Coordinate communication materials, approvals, and distribution.
• Assist with media, stakeholder, and internal communications.
• Coordinate content updates across digital and social media channels.
• Support event-time communication operations and reporting.
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

• 1-4 years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or event communications.
• Experience supporting major sporting events, international events, or large-scale projects is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media and content management tools.

• Currently based in Qatar with a valid Residence Permit (QID).
• Able to provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC), where required, for the duration of the assignment.

Support the Communications & Social media team in the planning, coordination, and delivery of communication activities for an international championship. The role will assist with content coordination, stakeholder communications, media support, and day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure effective event delivery.
