Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the company's overall marketing and communication strategy to strengthen brand positioning, support business objectives, generate leads, and drive growth. The role will lead integrated marketing campaigns, manage promotional initiatives, monitor marketing performance, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners.

The successful candidate will have a strong corporate marketing background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, creativity, and strong attention to detail.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement integrated marketing campaigns across relevant channels.
• Develop initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate leads, support customer acquisition, and drive business growth.
• Manage digital marketing, social media, content, email, and other communication channels.
• Develop creative marketing concepts, promotional materials, and corporate communications.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support business initiatives, products, and services.
• Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Develop and manage marketing calendars, budgets, campaigns, and timelines.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance using relevant KPIs and analytics.
• Prepare regular marketing reports and provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Ensure consistency of corporate branding and marketing communications across all channels.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and initiatives to enhance the company's market presence.
• Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing

• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and integrated campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content development, and corporate communications.
• Experience in lead generation, brand management, market research, and customer engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate marketing performance and KPIs.
