The Marketing Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. The role involves managing client accounts, coordinating campaign activities, and serving as a primary point of contact for assigned clients. Daily responsibilities include developing and presenting proposals, supporting marketing and advertising initiatives, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The Marketing Account Executive will collaborate closely with internal creative, production, and events teams, maintain accurate account documentation, and contribute to new business opportunities.

The position requires proactive client communication, follow-up on leads, and continuous alignment of campaign activities with client objectives.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills, including client servicing, project coordination, and campaign oversight.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities, support pitches, and help grow client accounts.
• Candidates should possess Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills to maintain accurate client records and track engagement.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field are beneficial, an MBA or a masters degree in Marketing is a plus.
• 3+ years experience in marketing, advertising, or agency environments, and familiarity with local and regional markets, is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines are important.
• Arabic language skills are essential.
• Proficiency with standard office and presentation tools; knowledge of digital marketing concepts and analytics is beneficial.
