Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist

Al Emadi Enterprises is seeking a driven, versatile, and highly accountable Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist across the full Al Emadi Enterprises portfolio, including real estate, automotive, natural marble and stone, luxury retail, hospitality, food and beverage, world-class events, destination marketing, and digital commerce businesses. This role demands a strong executor capable of managing our digital storefronts, driving high-impact marketing campaigns, and overseeing events both within Qatar and internationally.

The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the online customer journey, coordinate multi-purpose business marketing initiatives, and ensure all activities align with our premium standards and ROI objectives.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Online Store Management

• Platform Operations: Take full accountability for the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, inventory synchronization, and promotions.
• User Experience (UX) & Conversion: Continuously optimize the customer journey to improve conversion rates (CRO), reduce cart abandonment, and enhance overall site navigation.
• Performance Analytics: Track and analyze e-commerce metrics (traffic, conversion rate, AOV) using web analytics tools, providing clear, actionable insights to leadership.

Campaign Management & Digital Marketing

• End-to-End Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor performance-driven marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) focused on customer acquisition, retention, and ROI optimization.
• Multi-Purpose Marketing: Develop marketing strategies tailored to different business needs—whether driving retail sales, building brand awareness, or supporting B2B initiatives.
• Content & Social Media: Manage content calendars and social media channels. Ensure all visual assets strictly utilize official product photography and adhere to the premium brand identity.

Events Management (Local & International)

• Event Planning & Execution: Organize, coordinate, and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launches in Qatar and at international venues.
• Logistics & Vendor Management: Handle event logistics, manage vendor relationships, and ensure all event activations reflect the high standards of Top Performance Trading.
• Event ROI: Track the success and ROI of events through lead generation, sales impact, and brand visibility metrics.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience spanning e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and event management, preferably within the GCC market.

  Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Woo Commerce), Google Analytics, and ad management platforms (Google/Meta Ads).
• Ownership & Autonomy: A high degree of accountability with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities efficiently, and solve problems proactively.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual proficiency (English and Arabic) is highly preferred.
• Travel Readiness: Willingness and ability to travel internationally for event management and business development purposes.
