Marketing and business development executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts, content calendars, and digital campaigns.
• Create promotional content, reels, videos, and marketing materials.
• Develop campaigns to increase showroom traffic and sales.
• Generate and follow up on B2B leads from gyms, schools, clubs, hotels, and corporate clients.
• Build partnerships with sports communities, influencers, and organizations.
• Organize events, product activations, and promotional activities.
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and showroom merchandising.
• Coordinate marketing activities with suppliers and represented brands.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and new business opportunities.
• Support website, e-commerce, and customer database campaigns.
• Prepare monthly reports on leads, campaigns, engagement, and sales performance.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or retail.
• Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
• Creative, proactive, and commercially focused.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Sports, fitness, or retail industry experience is preferred.
• Good English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
