Social Media Coordinator

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's social media presence across various platforms. The role involves creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, monitoring social media performance, and supporting marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

• Manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
• Create, coordinate, and publish engaging posts, stories, reels, videos, and other digital content.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and animators to produce quality content.
• Write creative captions, promotional messages, and social media copy.
• Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and customer interactions and respond professionally.
• Track social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
• Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
• Coordinate content for new product launches, special offers, events, and company activities.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, and campaign results.
• Identify opportunities to improve social media engagement and audience growth.
• Ensure all content follows the company's branding and communication guidelines.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to ensure content is aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
• Assist with paid social media campaigns and coordinate with relevant agencies or marketing teams when required.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform features, and digital marketing practices.
• Perform other marketing and social media-related duties assigned by management.

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong content-writing and creative-copywriting skills.
• Good understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is an advantage.
• Experience with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Cap Cut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Ability to use social media analytics and prepare performance reports.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team.

• Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, food & beverage, or retail industry is an advantage.
• Experience creating Reels, Tik Tok videos, Stories, and short-form video content.
• Basic photography and videography skills are an advantage.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media advertising is preferred.
• A portfolio or examples of previous social media work will be an advantage.
