Job Vacancy – Marketing Specialist (Real Estate)
Expert Real Estate is looking to hire a Marketing Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns for real estate projects.
- Manage company social media accounts and publish content.
- Prepare marketing content and advertisements in coordination with the sales team.
- Monitor paid advertising campaigns, analyze results, and prepare reports.
- Conduct market and competitor research and suggest new marketing ideas.
- Coordinate with designers and photographers to produce professional marketing materials.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing (preferably in real estate).
- Proficiency in social media management and digital advertising.
- Strong analytical skills and reporting ability.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
