Senior Marketing Officer

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Officer to help shape how Ideal Solutions is positioned, recognized, and experienced in the market.

This is a strategic marketing role for someone who can look beyond day-to-day execution and connect marketing with business growth, market intelligence, corporate positioning, and competitive advantage
.

You’ll work closely with executive management, Sales, Business Development, and technical teams to turn market insights into meaningful marketing strategies — with a strong focus on B2B and B2G markets
.

• Develop and lead strategic marketing plans aligned with business growth and market expansion.
• Strengthen Ideal Solutions’ corporate positioning, value proposition, and market visibility.
• Lead market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, communications, and PR.
• Support B2B and government-focused initiatives, including proposals, tenders, presentations, and strategic account targeting.
• Strengthen our digital presence through website, SEO, analytics, and data-driven marketing.
• Build thought leadership and corporate visibility across relevant markets.
• Lead employer branding initiatives that strengthen our position as an employer of choice.
• Measure marketing performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.

You’re a senior marketer who combines strategic thinking with strong execution
.

• 7+ years of senior marketing experience, preferably within the IT industry.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Strong experience across both digital and traditional marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
  , including presentation and public speaking.
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
• Experience with marketing analytics, CRM, content management, and campaign performance measurement.
• Experience planning and managing events and working with internal and external stakeholders.
• The ability to turn market insights and data into clear marketing strategies.
