Social Media & Community Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on Social Media & Community Specialist to build an active, consistent, and engaging social media presence for an e-commerce business.

You will improve account presentation, plan and publish content, engage with audiences, and work with content creators and photographers to turn marketing priorities into daily social media activity.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Doha, requiring creativity, initiative and reliable execution.

• Build and execute content calendars across Instagram, Tik Tok and Snapchat, and support Pinterest activity.
• Improve account bios, highlights, pinned content and overall presentation.
• Develop daily stories, product features, interactive content, and captions that support marketing campaigns.
• Prepare content briefs and shot lists, and coordinate production with content creators and photographers.
• Create simple social media graphics and adapt existing photos and videos for different platforms.
• Schedule and publish content consistently, ensuring accurate product information, prices and links.
• Respond to comments and social enquiries, encourage engagement and coordinate sales enquiries with customer service.
• Research audience interests, competitor activity and relevant trends to propose and test new ideas.
• Track engagement, website clicks and enquiries, and use the findings to improve content.
• Provide weekly summaries of account performance, completed activity and recommended actions.

• At least two years of hands-on social media experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Proven experience running business accounts, planning content, and improving account presentation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, and Snapchat.
• Ability to write engaging Arabic and English captions and customer-facing messages.
• Practical skills in Canva, Cap Cut, or similar tools for graphics and basic video editing.
• Ability to interpret social media insights and turn findings into improvements.
• Strong organization, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ready to join immediately in Qatar.
