Assistant Marketing Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team as part of our continued business growth and marketing development. The role will support the planning and execution of marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives to strengthen market presence, increase customer engagement, and drive business growth within the hotel industry.

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue.
• Coordinate digital marketing initiatives, including social media, online advertising, and content creation.
• Plan and execute hotel promotions, seasonal offers, events, and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Reservations, and Operations teams to support business objectives and increase customer engagement.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning across all marketing materials and communication channels.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum years of relevant marketing experience, with proven experience in the hotel industry being mandatory

• Hands-on experience in hotel marketing, digital marketing, brand management, and promotional campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, online advertising, and marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
