We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our digital and social media strategy, driving audience growth, engagement, and commercial performance across our world-class events. This role will oversee all social media platforms, paid campaigns, marketing analytics, reporting, and budget management, ensuring every campaign delivers measurable results and maximum ROI.

• Lead and grow all social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, X, Tik Tok, and You Tube.
• Develop and execute engaging paid and organic campaigns that increase brand awareness, ticket sales, and audience engagement.
• Manage marketing budgets, media spend, and campaign performance to maximize ROI.
• Monitor KPIs and campaign results using analytics and reporting tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Oversee content planning, scheduling, publishing, and community management across all platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and partners to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and event promotions.
• Drive audience acquisition, CRM initiatives, and data-led marketing strategies.
• Support the promotion of major events, including Formula 1, MotoGP, and WEC, through innovative digital campaigns.
