Social Media Marketing Specialist

• Manage all social media platforms and pages of Al Rayah Driving School.
• Plan, create, and execute social media marketing campaigns.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Create engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, stories, and promotional materials.
• Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and prepare regular reports.
• Respond to online engagement and coordinate with the team to support customer inquiries and lead generation.
• Ensure consistent branding and timely updates across all social media platforms.
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and course registrations.

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience managing platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and Snapchat.
• Experience running paid advertising campaigns, particularly Meta Ads.
• Strong content creation skills, including video shooting, editing, reels, and graphic design.
• Knowledge of digital marketing analytics, campaign optimization, and lead generation.
• Creative thinking, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in the Qatar market is an advantage.
