The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing, communications, public relations, and digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive revenue, and elevate the guest experience while ensuring alignment with Hyatt brand standards.

The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing, communications, public relations, and digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive revenue, and elevate the guest experience while ensuring alignment with Hyatt brand standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing and communications plans.
- Manage social media, digital marketing campaigns, and online presence.
- Create promotional content, press releases, and marketing collateral.
- Build relationships with media, influencers, and external partners.
- Support Sales and Events teams with revenue-driving campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide marketing insights.
- Ensure all communications align with Hyatt brand guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of marketing, communications, or public relations experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or Google Analytics.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Previous luxury hospitality or Hyatt experience is an advantage.
