Marketing Manager; Native Arabic Speakers

Lead the marketing and communications function across the group and its portfolio of businesses. You will set the brand direction, own the content and campaign calendar in Arabic and English, and make sure every public-facing message reflects the group's standing in the market.

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategy for the group and its subsidiaries
• Own brand identity, guidelines and consistency across all entities and touchpoints
• Lead digital marketing, social media, SEO and paid campaigns, with measurable performance targets
• Manage corporate communications, media relations, press releases and executive messaging
• Plan and deliver events, sponsor ships and stakeholder engagement activities
• Oversee bilingual content creation, including copywriting, video, design and web content
• Manage agencies, vendors and the marketing budget
• Report on campaign ROI, brand health and audience insights to senior leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive marketing and communications experience, including team leadership
• Native-level Arabic and fluent English, written and spoken
• Proven record across brand, digital, content, PR and events
• Strong command of analytics and marketing tools
• Experience managing agencies and budgets
• Experience in the Qatar or GCC market is a strong advantage
