Senior Child Protection Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Child Protection Coordinator to oversee and strengthen the implementation of child protection programs, ensuring quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across all operational areas.

This role plays a key part in supporting program performance, coordinating with stakeholders, and enhancing impact in humanitarian and development contexts.

• Oversee the implementation of child protection programs and ensure alignment with policies and standard.
• Monitor program performance and analyze reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with field offices and partners to support effective program delivery.
• Ensure accuracy of data and proper system updates.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Prepare analytical reports and recommendations for management.
• Contribute to program development and process improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in child protection, humanitarian, or NGO programs.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to manage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Qatar or GCC context is preferred.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Experience working in humanitarian or non-profit environments.
• Problem-solving mindset.
