Registered Nurse – Orthopaedic

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse – Orthopedic to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients with orthopedic conditions, including trauma, fractures, joint replacements, and post-surgical recovery. This role requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to orthopedic patients in accordance with clinical guidelines and standards.
• Assist orthopedic surgeons during procedures and support post-operative recovery.
• Monitor patient progress, document care, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications, wound care, and pain management.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, mobility assistance, and post-discharge care.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing).
• Valid Nursing License from home country.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Orthopedic Nursing.
• QCHP license or eligibility is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and patient-care abilities.
• Arabic is mandatory.
