General Practitioner- Neurosurgery - Leading Health Care Facility

We are seeking a motivated and experienced General Practitioner with an interest in Neurosurgery to join a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The role involves supporting neurosurgical teams in clinical assessment, perioperative care, and management of neurology and neurosurgical patients under supervision.

• Assess and manage neurological and neurosurgical patients in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Provide initial evaluation of head injury and spine-related cases
• Assist neurosurgeons in pre-operative and post-operative care
• Support emergency neurological case management under supervision
• Monitor patient progress in ICU and ward settings
• Assist in documentation, discharge planning, and follow-up care
• Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a GP
• Strong interest or exposure to Neurosurgery or Neurology
• Experience in emergency care or critical care is an advantage
• Good clinical judgment and ability to work in high-pressure environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
