Supervisor – Doha, Qatar
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and managing a small team of employees.
The salary offered is 1400 per month.
Key Duties- Delegating tasks to team members.
- Monitoring their progress.
- Ensuring deadlines are met and that quality standards are adhered to.
- Resolving any conflicts or issues between team members.
- Preparing reports on activities and performance.
- Providing feedback on their team’s performance.
- Providing advice on how to improve productivity and efficiency in the workplace.
- Any other duties assigned by management.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead their team and implement effective strategies.
