- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery feeding equipment toys clothing and all child-related belongings
- Accompany the child to medical appointments family travel and outings when required
- Work closely with parents and household staff to ensure seamless childcare support
- Maintain complete confidentiality discretion and professionalism regarding all family matters
- Caring for newborns from birth through infancy within private households hospitals maternity wards or neonatal care environments
- Providing specialized care for premature babies mandatory experience
- Monitoring infant health feeding routines sleep schedules and developmental milestones
- Supporting mothers and families with newborn care and daily routines
- Working in high-profile private households VIP families maternity care neonatal units or pediatric healthcare settings
- Maintaining a safe nurturing and hygienic environment for newborns and infants
- Traveling with families while ensuring uninterrupted childcare support
- Working collaboratively with household staff while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Female candidates only.
- Asian or Arab nationals only (European and African nationals will not be considered).
- Age below 45 years.
- Qualified Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, Midwife, or equivalent healthcare qualification.
- Minimum 3-5 years of dedicated experience caring for newborns and infants from birth.
- Proven experience caring for premature babies is mandatory.
- Valid Infant CPR and First Aid Certification is mandatory.
- Relevant Nursing Registration/License or Nursing Certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of newborn care, infant nutrition, developmental milestones, sleep routines, hygiene standards, and child safety.
- Previous experience in private households, maternity hospitals, neonatal units, pediatric healthcare, or similar environments is highly preferred.
- Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
- High level of professionalism, patience, emotional intelligence, discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally with the family when required.
- Excellent professional references from previous employers will be an advantage.
