Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify individual healthcare needs and develop personalized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed ensuring accuracy and monitoring for potential side effects
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and improve health outcomes effectively
- Provide education and support to patients and families about health conditions treatment plans and preventive care measures
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent nursing qualification from an accredited institution.
- Current nursing license in the respective state or country, with ongoing compliance to renewal requirements.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on acute care or specialized fields.
