Job Title: Healthcare Grounds Maintenance Technician (OCN)
Location: Al Sailiya, Qatar
Contract: 3 months (extendable)

Visa Requirement: Candidates must be locally available in Qatar with a valid Freelance Visa
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Grounds Maintenance Technician (OCN) to maintain and enhance the outdoor environment surrounding healthcare facilities in Al Sailiya, Qatar
. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, physically fit, and committed to ensuring a clean, safe, and visually appealing landscape throughout the year. This role involves a mix of physical labor, horticulture knowledge, and operation of landscaping equipment.
- Maintain and enhance the grounds surrounding healthcare facilities, including lawns, gardens, and hardscapes.
- Perform routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, weeding, and planting.
- Operate landscaping equipment safely, including lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools.
- Ensure proper irrigation system maintenance and watering schedules.
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides as required, following safety guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of exterior areas, including walkways, parking lots, and common areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of grounds to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Assist with seasonal landscaping projects and improvements.
- Adhere to all Health, Safety & Environmental policies and report any incidents to the supervisor.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or related field, preferably in the construction or healthcare industry
. - Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscaping practices, and plant care.
- Experience operating landscaping equipment and tools safely.
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions and handle heavy equipment.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to identify potential hazards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
- Candidates must be available locally in Qatar
