Gardener – Doha, Qatar
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Doha. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our gardens and outdoor spaces. Your duties will include planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, mowing, and pest management. You will also keep the garden clean and well‑maintained at all times. This is a full‑time position with a salary starting at $1,100 per month and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities- Plant, prune, water, fertilize, and mow to maintain the garden’s health and appearance.
- Identify and manage pests and diseases.
- Remove weeds, debris, and fallen leaves to maintain cleanliness.
- Install new plants or features as per design plans.
- Assist with landscape design projects when needed.
- Operate gardening equipment such as lawnmowers and trimmers safely.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide recommendations for improving the garden’s appearance.
- Track inventory of gardening supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
- Previous experience as a Gardener or a similar role.
- Knowledge of plant care and landscaping techniques.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills in English.
